Over the last 11 months there has been a slowly enlarging reddish lesion developing on the dorsal edge of the glands penis. It seems to have started when I was working on the motor of my sail boat and was laying over then engine block for about 30 minutes. The next day there was a reddish area involving 20% of the circumference of the glands penis and extended about 6mm down the dorsal shaft of the circumcised area of the penis. The reddened area of the dorsal penis shaft healed and returned to normal in 1 month, but there was a slow expansion of the reddish area of the glands penis. Which no involves 35% of the glands penis 11 months later. The reddened area is smoother than the normal glands penis but is not elevated or firm. It appears that it is a slowly expanding area of vascular ectasia which started with trauma and a possible blood clot in the corpus callosum which is slowly expanding. Has this been reported, and what is the treatment? and prognosis. Im a 72 year old male. Larry
