What To Do If Am Constantly Hungry, Have Uncontrolled Vomiting When Smelled Food?

I am constantly hungry, However, when I smell food, I have uncontrolled vomiting. I am an L.P.N, My left upper quadrant hurts, the pain radiates to the mid, far left, and there is flank pain, also a lot of gas, which, I have never experienced in the past. I am also currently unemployed and very stressed.

I share your concern. Looking at your description it might be related to acid peptic disease due to acidity or stress induced gastritis. In my opinion you should take anti-acidity medicine like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids for 5 to 7 days. You should take small fruit diet or juices, soups or appetiser have lots of fluids to maintain good hydration.

Meanwhile try to avoid excess stress and anxiety and remain cheerful. Avoid smoking and drinking.
