Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day
Upper respiratory tract is the commonest cause for fever. It usual for children to loose appetite during respiratory. Apart from antipyretic I would suggest you the following 1. Steam inhalation : 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day. Preferably using electronic steamer. 2. Decoction : to a cup of milk + 10 Tulsi leaves + 2 gms of fresh ginger + 2 black pepper + 1 spoon of turmeric + 2 spoon sugar. Bring it to boil. Filter it and serve him hot.
