What To Do If Had Sciatica And Having Constant Pain After Falling Down From Stairs?

I have had sciatica for 20 yrs now.Just got an MRI last week and doc said I needed a surgeons consult as soon as possible. I fell down a set of stairs yesterday and have been in constant pain ever since. I have a problem putting on my own pants and I can't get in touch with my doc. What should I do?

Are you able to control urine or is there bed wetting? Numbness around private parts? Not able to walk around?
If 'YES",Call the Emergency room (ER ) they will help you,do not wait for your doctor.
