Recently i have pain in testicles and used DYNAPAR and i am relieved from pain. Now i am experiencing pull in my testicles . No pain while urinating etc.the pulling causing me trouble as adjust it temporariliy gives relief. And again pulling sensation starts.

Get the opinion of a Urologist , as this can be due to recurrent torsion or some other reason for which you have to have a clinical examination ...
Also needed is ultrasonography and color doppler test.
Till you get an appointment give scrotal support. Take plenty of water .
