What To Do If Lost Voice And Breathing Difficulty After Thyroid Was Removed?
I had thyroid surgery several years ago and my Thyroid was removed, a months later and my vocal cords callapsed and were shown open, this was in 2005. Lately I have lose my voice and I am having a hard time breathing; in the past 6 months. There is no soreness redness or swelling. I have had my primaire care physician examined me and there is good air flow in my lungs.
You should see an ENT to see the larynx from inside. It is not related to thyroid surgery you did several years ago.
