What To Do If The Viral Fever Comes Back Again?

Hi Dr. Santosh, My son has been diagnosed with Viral Fever and currently the fever has come back in less than stipulated time and it has reached 104 first time. What will be next action ? Dosage prescribed 6 ml ibugesic plus with time of 6 hrs. Till now 2 dosage of Zifi 50 (Cefixime) already completed.

Hi, viral fever can come back, no need to take antibiotic(zifi) for it, continue ibugesic, u need to drink plenty of liquids during periods of temperature.thank u,
