What To Do If There Is Pain, Heat, Numbness In The Knee After Falling?
I fell of my bike knees first my rt leg is healing but my left knee is not doing so well my bottom leg is still numb in some areas and i elevate my leg and take pain meds and the pain is 4/10 but once i step on my leg pain can be 8/10 with heat on the numb area please advise

Tat paim is due to nerve ending injury due to trauma.u can go for ultrasonic physiotherapy treatment and oral methylcobalamine500 tablets daily once 4 one month
