What To Do If Want To Lose Weight From 185 Lbs And Diet And Exercise Does Not Help?
Hi I'm 23 years old 5'5'' and 185 lbs I have tried diet and exercise but haven't been able to lose enough weight to be in my bmi range I was wondering if I was to go to a doctor if they would be able to prescribe weightloss pills or would I be wasting my time?
Hello! Thank you for writing. I don't recommend to use diet pills, they have side effects and above all most of them low your apetite as soon as you don't use them any more you will regain weight in a blink of an eye. You will find yourself even fatter. So I think the key is the portion of food you eat. In order to lose weight you should eat less calories than you burn. You should cut off processed food, fried foods and eat less carbohydrates and more proteins. Fir excample Breakfast 07:00-07:30 one slice of brown bread with one teaspoon of peanut butter 2% fat 3 slices of bananas on top one glass of milk 2% fat 10:00-10:30 one fruit lunch 13:30-14:00 120 gram of chicken baked in oven with one carrot and one tomatoe, a cup of salad with small pumpkins and cucumber, one slice of brown bread. 17:00-17:30 one cup of 2% fat yogurt with 2 pieces of nuts and half banane 20:00-20:30 one slice of bread with one tablespoon of cottage cheese, one fruit.
