What To Do To Pep Up Energy Levels If Working Long Hours, Walking Regularly And Drinking Water Does Not Help?
Hello I am a 57 year old female who works long hours (8-6:30) For the last 3 months I have no energy, especially at night I walk approx 2-3 miles on a weekly basis but know I need to drag myself to the gym. I eat pretty healthy and drink 4-5 glasses of water a day. What can I take if anything to pep up my energy levels. Was thinking of going for acupuncture. HELP
Do you sleep well at night? Long term sleep deprivation also leads to low energy levels. Make sure you have sound sleep at night for 6-8 hours. Disturbed sleep at night also causes lethargy.
You can take a B complex vitamins capsule daily as a deficiency of B vitamins also leads to low energy levels.
Do not drag yourself to gym as too much exertion whether from working long hours or exercising can also reduce stamina. Exercise but only when you have enough energy and your body is well-rested.
Do some deep-breathing exercises early in the morning in fresh air for 15 minutes to increase oxygen levels in your body. Increased oxygen levels in the body will boost your stamina.
