What To If Having Growth In The Area Where Tonsil Used To Be Prior To Removal?

I have a growth where my tonsil used to lye prior to removal which extends into soft palate. I am booked for an MRI tommorrow, the ENT says it looks benign, im still concerned. Over the period ive noticed it, ive had shortness of breath, rashes and dry skin face and neck, have to clear throat all the time, jaw pressure, tingling in my face which comes and goes, ear pain which turns into headache and face pain.
