What To Treat Profound Hearing Loss With Normal MRI Report In A 3 Years Old Child?

My 3 year old daughter passed a Bera test with normal hearing in 2011.But since she did not pick up speech we repeated the test and it now shows severe to profound hearing loss.How is that possible??What should my next step be?How do we determine the cause an locate where the problem in the lies?She does not have any injury or was exposed to any strong drugs.Her MRI came out normal too.Please advise.

HI I would advise you to take the child to the center specialized in these cases, like the centers where the facilities are there for cochlear implants. These people are very well conversant with such problems , and can guide you the best.
