What Treatment And Precautions Should One Take During Typhoid ?
i have found infection in my blood also there is typhoid in my blood... what can do now & what are the precautions should be taken by me.? also the infection is in mid stage... plz suggest me... & is something to worry 4 me?
Dear Enquirer I am sorry to say you have supplied very scanty information. How do you know you have got infection? How do you know you have got typhoid? I think I should discuss little bit about infection. Infection can be (1)Bacterial (2)Viral (3)Parasitic. To determine the infection the person got to have blood test. Seeing the blood count your Doctor will know wheather you have got viral bacterial or parasitic infection. For bacterial infection eg Typhoid fever you should have blood culture, for parasitic infection like Malaria you should have special blood test and viral infection your blood should be tested for viral antibodies. Prior to that your Doctor will take your history, and will give you through clinical examination to make a provisional diagnosis and arrange necessary and appropriate treatment. Kindest regards.
