Hi!!!You are suffering from" BLEEDING HEMORRHOIDS" which is mainly due to constipation.Include lots of fibers in the diet,2-3 liters of water everyday.If its very painful during defecation,then apply Xylocaine jelly 2% over the anal/hemorrhoidal area,5-10 minutes before passing stool and use laxatives at bedtime.Apply ointment PILEX/FAKTU over the area and if its in the first grade,can be managed conservatively.The surgical intervention depends on the grades of hemorrhoids,so can consult a surgeon whether you need any.

piles is due to constipation. so drink a lot of water . avoid junk and fatty food. incrase fibre content in food.you can also take laxatives, local anasthetics .hemorrhoid treatment depend upon the grading.grade 4 requires surgery. grade 1 can be manged conservatively.take care

You are suffering from Hemorrhoids. The cause for this Includes faulty eating Habits, constipation, straining while passing stools and nonfibrous diet. Kindly get yourself examined by a General Surgeon first. Eat fiber rich foods like Fresh fruits and Green Leafy Veggies. Avoid hot and Spicy foods. Drink Plenty of water and exercise regularly. You may require, Laxatives and a local anesthetic for symptomatic relief. If these measure don't help, you may require a Surgery.
