What Treatment Do You Suggest For Linear Atelectasis ?

I have several things going on, first i have a possible linear atelectasis in the right middle lobe, linear atelectasis or scarring in the lingula, a 4 mm subpleural pulmonary nodule in the right lower lobe, splenule in the left upper quadrant, bilateral nonobstructing nephrolithiasis measuring up to 4mm in largest diameter, on the right. Mild left hydronephrosis due to a 2 x 2 x 3 mm upj stone. Subcentimeter meseneric and periaortic lymph nodes. a small umbilical hernia which contains fat, vascular calcification, and bladder is mildy circumferentially thickwalled, although nondistended.

Whatever you have described are trivial and subtle changes in all the organs. I have no idea about your age but if you are more then 60 then this may be just senile changes however if you are younger, even then you dont need to do anything about these subtle changes.
Linear atelectasis are because of secretions or past infections.
Do deep breathing exercises
