What Treatment Is Necessary For Anti-hcv Positive?

Hi,
I have just been tested Anti-HCV positve. My Serum Bilirubin is .78 MG/DL, Serum GPT is 90.0 U/L and Serum Alk Phosphatase is 53.0 U/L. Ultrasound report shows that my liver, kidneys, gall bladder and other organs are normal and there is no sign of abnormalities. Do I have to star any treatment for my HCV now? Is my SGPT level to high? How much damage is caused to my liver by this virus already? What am I supposed to do? Thanks.

Anti HCV positive means you are infected by hep c that test does not say weather active or chronic infection
traetment for HCV depends on Genotype of virus ,HCV RNA titres and liver biopsy
