What Treatment Is Recommended For This Abdominal Ultrasound Test Result?
Hello i was having pain in my right side of my abdomen after that i realise when im peeing im feeling a pressure pain in my vagina. Upon visit my doc i was told to get an ultrsound done. Now my ultrasound shows that my rigt ovary is larger and my endometrium is large its also say ovarian cysts and recommended radioly is this serious doc and what does all this mean ,?.

The seriousness depends on your age. The younger, the more likely it is that the findings are benign. I would recommend a hysteroscopy and blood test for Ca125.
