What Treatment Is Recommended For This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result?
My mri pelvis rt ovary size 4x1.9x4.2 n has cyst .rt adnexae has fluid close to sciatic nv.uterus is anteverted n deviated to rt.I have h/o pelvic endometriosis grade 3.I m 27 yr n suffering from rt sided sciatica in n around periods for 1 yr.I tried many pills n dinogest bt as I stopped it due to side effects .pain started.plz tell its treatment.

hi healthcare magic user, this pain of sciatica could be because of endometrosis involving sciatic nerve. you can take course of continuous oral pills for 6months for suppression of endometrosis.
if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get liver and kidney function test before starting OCpills. for localised ET leg pain would have advised you to go for physiotherapy if it troubling you.
