Hello and welcome to HCM,
You have mentioned that you are suffering from two problems.
The first one being hernia and second one being gall stones.
The treatment for gall stones is cholecystectomy or surgical removal of the gall bladder.
The treatment of hernia is surgical repair of the defect or weak area in the abdomen.
The high cholesterol levels has to be managed by drugs that lower the raised cholesterol levels.
Headache and pain in the legs could occur due to many reasons.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment.

Thanks and take care
