My husband has been diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. He has been on Levothyroxine since 12/24/13. Long story short, the past couple of days he has been waking up to nauseating hot flashes. Is that the thyroid going back and forth between hyper and hypo? Should he take his thyroid at a different time? Just curious.
dear user, hi! it may be possible that the dose is more for him. you may redux the dose but continue taking it early morning , empty stomach. check your thyroid again after 6 weeks and let me know. regards!
