I apparently have high triglycerides (not sure what level). I also don t drink a lot of water and don t really eat that healthy.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.Ratnakar and I am pleased to assist you.
Blood in stool can be due to piles, fissure, inflammatory bowel disease or polyp.
You need to consult your doctor who will examine you and do few tests to find out which of the above is the cause for the blood in stool.

Meanwhile you drink lot of fluids/water and eat high fiber diet ( lot of vegetables and fruits).
I hope that answers your question.
Regards,
Dr.Ratnakar
