What Treatment Is Suggested For Pain And Fluid Sack Below The Knee ?
After doing some squats i felt a pain in my left knee which happened 3 weeks ago. Now I ve got what looks to be a fluid sack just below the knee more on the shin then the knee. it hurts when i bend my knee but not when i walk. there s no popping of the knee or heat. i can put weight on it.

Hi Thanks for writing your query After going through the brief description of yours. The most likely cause seems to be inflammation present around the tendons (pes anserinus bursitis) in that area which helps in knee bending (flexion). For now my advice would be take a break from running for few days (7-10).Take ibuprofen to reduce pain and do ice fomentation. Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
