What Treatment Is Suggested For The Following Urine Test Result?

My Sister made A “Urine lab Test”.Color Yellow,Turbidity Hazy,RBC / Hb 6-8 WBC / hpf 20-25,Others bcteria : Some. The Complete Test was attached. She went to two Doctors. Each one wrote different Medicines. The First Doctor wrote the following drug:Septrin. This Medecine can be taken by people who are allergic to penicillin, but it is not suitable for people who are allergic to sulfonamides and I don’t know if my sister is allergic to any of them. Also The most common side-effects are feeling sick, diarrhea , headache, skin rash or any allergic-type reaction. The Second Doctor wrote the following drug:Ciprobay 500 which is more safe.We are confused about which medicine to give her. Therefore, can you please tell us about 1-Which medicine is more suitable for the case? Ciprobay 500 or Septrin ?2-Can we use Ciprobay 500 because it is more safer than Septrin?
