There is respiratory tract infection. You can give steam inhalation with care for relief. But better to show to a Paediatrician to examine throat, lungs to look for any pneumonia, and other infections which can cause this. Wipe your child with cloth soaked in water whole body if she has fever. Take her to Hospital immediately.
