What Treatment To Be Taken For Hypertension, High Blood Urea And Serum Creatinine?
Hello Dr I m 52 yrsold lady with a history of Hypertention since 7 years, now i got another complain of high Urea,Serum creatinine and uric acid -51 mg/dl,1.6 mg/dl,10.0 mg/dl respectively. So could u plz tell me the possible ways of lowering the level of these.I will be thankful to you if u suggest any thing.
I undrstand your concern. At first, I would like to say that these levels are a result of loss of kidney function. So my suggestion is to visit a nephrologist to make better examination of your kidneys and afterwards give you appropriate medication. Until than use your antihypertensive therapy and try to avoid salt, potassium and try to intake less proteins (the most amount of proteins is in meat and eggs).
I hope you will listen to my advice and visit a nephrologist.
