Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be due to the bite of the tongue , or may be due to the glositis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symotms ofoxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, diclofenac sidium, lactic acid bacilli and paracetamol.
Let him gargle with luke warm salt water twice daily.
