Judging by the symptoms it seems to me like an alimentary intoxication (fodd poisoning), but I don't know if you have any doubts about. It's good that your pain is going down and I'd suggest to pay attention to rehydration with oral solutions, and bismuthe subsalicilate as a simple antisecretory agent(over the counter of course). And don't forget to take your temperature.
