What Treatments Should Be Done After Finding Fibriod In Pelvic Scan?
My name is mosunmola am from Nigeria. I receive my scan result today and I was surprise that the result read that I have fabroid.
It goes thus:
* A non-gravid bulky uterus with hetergenous myometrial echo-texture. It measured about 75mm in its AP diametre.
*Uterus outline is lobulated.
*However; a solid hypo-echoic mass is seen within the uterus. It measured about 59mm * 54mm in size.
* pouch od dougals, Adnexae are free of abonormality.
Conclusion
Acyesis
Intramural fibroid.
I am just 28 yrs of age and I have not been pregnant before, I was trying to get pregnant when I was advised to do pelvic scan.
What should I do and please explain all the science words that was used.

According to USG reports,your uterus is enlarged in size and measures 75 mm in AP diameter.There is uterine fibroid measuring 59mm X 54mm in size.
Normal pregnancy is possible even with fibroid uterus.
Your condition should be first managed with medicines.
Myomectomy can be done if there is complications like infertility,recurrent abortions etc.
You should consult your gynecologist.
