What Will Happen If I Press My Nose Strongly For A Long Time ?
Dear doctor , If I press my whole nose hard strongly with my own hands for a long time, will the nasal breathing passages be narrowed and obtructed on the release of the pressure or the nasal breathing passages will be open as before applying pressure??

by holding your nose hardly or strongly will not serve any purpose. it will neither open up your nasal breathing passages nor narrow it.. better discontinue that practice.. if u r having some sinus problem consult an ent specialist..
