Im a 20 year old homosexual male, a few days ago i notice a yellowish puss leaking from my penis....i have done some online research and i dont have any of the symptoms affiliated with most common STD's....i have no burning sensation when urination occures or swollen glands or testicles or inflamed skin anywhere in the genetal area. The tip of my penis is a little sore and times but nothing unbearable and sometimes it does sting a little bit after urination but it quickly goes away.....over the last two days the amount of discharge has quickly diminished. I have noticed when i get an erection it seems like my urethra hurts a little and then it goes away... it really been bothering me the last few days....i dont know what i could be and since i dont have health insurance at the moment i cant afford to drop $300 and a doctors office
