Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
I suspect it to be due to
Menstrual pain.
Because the pain typically comes just before
menstruation and goes off after menstruation.
I think may not be related your in the past and it was treated.
Menstrual pain may radiate radiate to inner thighs, groin, low back or buttocks.
This is normal and not a serious problem.
High levels of stress, depression, anxiety, and disruption of social networks can increase the incidence of menstrual pain.
But some times this type of menstrual pain may be associated with
endometriosis, uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts.
Thus you need a complete gynecological pelvic examination with further investigations like
Ultrasound abdomen to rule out any above said conditions.
If all these are ruled out, then it could be a menstrual pain.
It is due to increasing level of
prostaglandins during menstruation and triggering of contraction of uterus.
It can be treated with pain killers like ibuprofen and avoidance of stress.
Hope this helps.

Wishing you good health.
