Cardiologist 's  Response
HI i read your concern.

What you are experiencing may be due to carotid sinus hypersensitivity that cause vagal nerve stimulation with bradicardia, presyncope and even syncope.

I recommend to avoid sharp moving of the head and consult a cardiologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. For this i suggest to run:
ECHO
Holter monitoring
Carotid ultrasound

Hope it was of help!
