my father 56yr old complaining of neck [cervical] pain, and pain radiating to interscapularregion.since 3days complaining of swelling in that area...next line of management,?whether to get an X-RAY of neck /not?what might be d reason?he is know case of diabetes mellitus sine 18 yrs.
