Whats The Dosage For Tresaderm?

My 9 lb. Yorkie was prescribed Tresaderm today for an ear infection. We were not told the dosage to use (amount of drops) and it is not written on the box. I am sure the amount is dependent on the severity of the infection. My husband put in 2 drops but I am wondering if this is enough. Thank you for your help. Ann Thompson
