When I Get Up My Knee Pops And It Hurts Extremely Bad. Whats Wrong With My Knee ?

everytime i sit on my knees or cross my legs when i go to get up my knee pops and it hurts extremely bad. this happened to me yesterday when i was sitting on the ground but it still hurts. i have my knee wrapped up right now but im sick of my knee always popping. why does my knee keep popping? and am i supposed to wrap it?

Thanks for the question.
Got to agree with Dr. Soni. There's definitely a tear of the anterior/posterior/both crutiate ligaments with or without meniscal tear. You need to get an MRI done. This seems to be an old injury so might want to see an arthroscopy surgeon soon.

there is Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury in the knee which causing the pop out of knee.
Get an MRI done & mail the report to me at drsssoni@gmail.com to suggest you further line of treatment
