When Can I Exercise After 4 Month Of Csection And How To Relieve The Pain Around Incision?

IT HAS BEEN 4 AND HALF MONTHS PASSED OF MY C-SECTION DELIVERY BUT THERE IS PAIN AND NUMBNESS IN MY LOWER ABODOMEN AROUND INCISION. MY QUESTION IS THAT IS THERE ANY RECOVERY TIPS FOR PAIN AND I ALSO WANT TO REDUCE MY WAIGHT CAN I START EXERCISE. IF YES THEN WHAT EXERCISES. PLEASE THROW SOME LIGHT.

hi,you can do exercises like brisk walk and mild yoga.you have to avoid any exercise that exerts pressure on your abdomen.for pain relief try taking tab chymoral forte twice a day for 5 days.all the best take care.
