Inj.Vitcofol is given in B12 and folic acid deficiency,mainly in Pernecious Anemia where there is anemia due to B12 and folic acid deficiency.
It has no side effects.

hi welcome to hcm.inj.vitcofol is vitamin b12 injection.when in human body vitamin b12 decreased to under 100(normal 200 -1000) then there is need of vitamin b12 injection in case of pernicious anemia,or trembling in body.there is no side effect of patient of encyphelotitis.
