Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The intake of Pause 500 is only supportive to reduce the capillary bleed, it is not intended to stop the menstrual cycle as other hormone medicines do. You can take at any time period of menses, but it will be only supportive role not definite.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
