Hi,I have a thyroid condition and take thyroxin. I understand that vitamins and supplements may affect the absorption of the thyroxin. When should I take my vitamins and supplements. I take, D, Omega 3, magnesium and calcium. I also have gluten intolerance and I hear that the lack of gluten can affect the absorption of vitamins and minerals in your system. Is this correct?
