When Should The Second Strip Of Femilon Be Started For Birth Control?
Hi doctor, this is rosa..i hav been prescribed femilon for birth control for the first time and started on december 22, 2016 i.e. 2nd day of my menses and ended up on jan 11th 2017..i vame to know that femilon second strip should be started in 7 days gap after the completion of 1st strip where i am.not aware of it, but i missed it..again when can i start the 2nd dose of femilon..pls help me with this. Thank you
Femilion is a hormonal contraceptive pill. Its timings are very important because of hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle. So restart your new pack on the 2nd day of your menstrual bleeding. Don't stop drug in-between.
Continue for the period you want to be infertile. Stop the drug once you are planning for pregnancy. Don't worry, you will be alright.
