When To Take A Test If Suffering From Pregnancy Symptoms?
Last two months I have had my cycle come 7days late and 9 days late. December I had bleeding and spotting after menstruation. January mybreasts began to swell and get tender. This month I'm feeling movement and my breast aremore Fuller than last long. And I am have other pregnancy symptoms too. My period is due in two days, what should I do?
Ideally pregnancy test should be performed on overnight morning first urine sample about a week after missed period. Earlier these tests may report false negative. However, you are having irregular menses for last few months. So to count a week after missed period may be problem. In such condition, you can go for Beta hCG test on your blood which will give you reliable results.
In fact you are yet to miss a period, so there is no necessity to suspect pregnancy. The breast engorgement and tenderness due to pregnancy starts showing up about 15 days after the missed period. The foetal movements are perceived by a woman in first pregnancy after 5 months. So both these symptoms cannot be due to pregnancy.
The movements in the abdomen you are feeling may be intestinal hypermotility due to gases. Soda or some carminative can give you relief.
I feel, I have clarified your dilemma today.
