Where Does Pancreas Secrete Enzymes? How Does Trysin, Amylase Enter Small Intestine, Insulin Reaches Everywhere?
Where does the Pancreas secrete its enzymes? Seeing as the Pancreas is an accessory organ, no food directly passes through the Pancreas. So does the Trypsin and Amylase enter the Small Intestine? If so, how? Through ducts? Also, the insulin that the Pancreas secretes needs to reach every body cell in order for Cellular Respiration to take place (the Glucose needs to be absorbed everywhere), how does the Insulin reach everywhere that it needs to reach?
thre is duct hepato pancreatic duct through which the enzymes entr into duodenum for digestion th islets of langerhens in pancreas secrete insulin which is absorbed in vessels in pancreas and reaches main circulatory passage to supply to whole circulation in blood
