The results are concerning and need to be followed up with an evaluation of the heart blood vessels and there is no better way to do this than getting an angiogram. I will strongly recommend that you get tested and treated accordingly if any abnormality is detected. Cardiologist are the best persons to get this done. There is just no other way to about this without an angiogram.
