Which Disease Is Caused Due To Deficiency Of Iron, Vitamin B-12 And Vitamin D?
I have slightly elevated WBC count, slightly low RBC count, hemoglobin around 10, diabetes, Hashimotos, high blood pressure, extreme fatigue, thirst/dry mouth, and dry eye. I also have had a positive ANA pointing to scleroderma but Rheumatologist said I don t have that. I have hearing loss and osteoarthritis with muscle and joint pain. My iron, B-12, and vitamin D is low but I have negative occult blood. Could all of this be tied into one illness and what would it be.
