there are many good medicines available. Go to a skin doctor. Let he decide what kind of acne you have got and accordingly he will give medicine.

The treatment of acne depends upon the grade and type of acne one has .It is also important to see what is the cause of acne in your case.
It can be because of wrong selection of soap or a moisturizer to hormonal disturbances in body.
You have not mentioned your gender ,kindly do so , because in females we often give hormonal medicines to cure acne.
At times its a combination of treatment which works best rather just one medicine.
A combination would be of topical creams to oral medicines .
If you have sever acne then oral retinoids are best ,but needs certain precautions and investigation before one can take that.
So,kindly consult a dermatologist for proper advise.
