Which Is The Best Treatment For Vertigo?
My elder brother is suffering in Vertigo since two months. Most of the days, he felt some uneasiness of his body balance in his office with some vomiting tendency. He fell down on the floor and injured seriously when he stood up from the chair as normal day on last week. At that time his blood pressure was checked as very low also, 70/50. ENT doctors are advicing him to go to CMC, Vellore for his better treatment. Please give some better advice in this regards.

Vertigo is having many causes so we should find out the cause and go for treatment.
In your case it might be due to some ear problem or postural hypotension.
Some problem in eye, sinuses, cervical spondiltis can give rise this problem.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Meanwhile you may take Vertin, Stugeron or stematil medicine as and when required.
