Which Medical Specialist Should An Asthmatic Consult?

I am living in a city that has high pollen and I am Asthmatic using two inhalers and was taking an antihistamine called olio paradise, but quit it. My blood pressure has continued to be high. Should I go see a Cardiologist or a a Pulmonary Doctor? I have been taking many medications for a number of years, like Ativan, Tramadol, Methocarbamol, Lidoderm 5 per cent and rebaprazole. Could one of these meds be causing my high blood pressure? My Family Phy. Says it is allergies causing my problem.
