There are many little things you can do to help you loose weight aside from the obvious, diet and exercise.
Including cayenne pepper or hot chilis will raise the
metabolism. Some people lose weight on
Wellbutrin. Ativan will not help with
weight loss along with a lack of evidence for the rest of the herbs you mentioned. The weight loss claims for fenugreek seem to stem from its effects on glucose reduction. White Willow is similar to aspirin. Selenium is essential for thyroid function.
Bee Pollen, Ginkgo and Gotu Kola to not help much with weight loss.
Clear green tea 5x day will help with weight loss in that it makes it difficult for fat deposition and other mechanisms,but not in raising metabolism.
Pain can be relieved by topical
ointments of Naprosyn. Lemon Balm may help relax you so you sleep better and if you sleep better it is easier to lose weight.
