dear sir, pls tell if a woman is pregnant from 5-6 days but its pregnancy not in uterus but is in right tube but she wants to abort that pregnancy. pls tell what should be done?

this is case of tubal /ectopic pregnancy.Treatment options are medical ,surgical & laparoscopic,In medical injection is given that eats away the pregnancy tissue,followed by regular ultrasound.In surgical/laparoscopic method ectopic pregnancy is removed .some time one can save the tube or removal of tube becomes necessary known as salpingectomy.Start early treatment & after consultation with gynecologist.Disclaimer
