i done my pregnancy test firsttime little faint line is coming after 7 days i repeat the test then it will appear same faint line it is indicating positive.if positive please recommend the pills because i dont want child i am having 8 months baby.i miss the period only one week

Since you are only 5+ weeks pregnant you can go for medical abortion. It is important that are seen and examined by doctor to make sure that the pregnancy is in the uterus and you have no contraindication for the medications.
Medical abortion is 95% efficient. You need to take mifepristone 600 miligrams first and 48 hrs later misoprostol 800micrograms vaginally or sublingually. About 2-5% of women abort with mifepristone alone and 80% of women abort within 24 hours of taking misoprostol. The remaining women take more time.
If you develop heavy bleeding ( soaking > than 2pads/hour for > than two hours) or if the bleeding persists for more than 2 weeks you must see the doctor.
Your next regular period is expected within 6 weeks after abortion. If you do not have a period within 6 weeks you must consult your doctor

If you do not want to have babies at present I advise you to discuss with your doctor and take contraception like hormonal contraception or intrauterine devise as they are more effective in preventing pregnancy.
